now that your reading my post, my real question is about casings, i recent did two casing a 3 cake casing and a 1 cake casing. the 3 cake casing is much larger. i put the tin foil on and poked holes and everything then after about 5 days i put them under light, without takeing off the foil. a couple days later i took off the foil and there are already pins. but there are a lot more and bigger pins on the 1 cake casing then the 3. is this normal? and will more pins form on the 3 cake casing or will this be all? the one cake casing is a bout a 4 inch diamter dish and the 3 cake casing is about a 7x10 inch metal pan.
