of course its possible, its possible to OD on water and LSD so why not salvia? what isn't is possible to OD on? if you're smoking it i wouldn't worry because there;s no way you could manage to keep smoking after it took affect.

Salvia is also something to be careful with. One guy that I talked to described an experiance that I think may well be worst trip I've ever heard of. Over the course of an hour (real time) he managed to live what was en entire lifetime to him. He had memories from the last 50 years. He thought that he had died and gone to hell and after 50 years of experiencing that he was pretty convinced it was real. When he came out of it, he had no idea where he was. Now obviously that isn't typical, but the thing with salvia is, it can be extremely unpleasent at high doses and for many people a high dose is only 2-3 times a very low dose so be careful when stepping up the dose.

I agree 100% with Deviate. The only dangers I can think of would be a allergic reaction even though I've never heard of one with salvia, or freaking out and doing something stupid. The freaking out and doing something stupid part could be prevented with a sober trip sitter.

Over Dose
-------------------- "A human being is part of a whole, called by us the 'Universe' - a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something seperated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circles of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty." - Albert Einstein

It's true, you can pack an infinity into about 2-3 minutes. It's easy to lose track of time once you get taken away.

Yeah man, I would be very careful not to OD on Salvia. I think it could do a lot of damage if your trip doesn't go well. Especially if you aren't very experienced with it.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity. ~ Albert Einstein

Yeah, you can try to do it while being in a Lucid Dream. One guy said that he lived whole life in just one dream... So, why you can't do it while triping?

I don't think it would even be possible to OD on it without consuming it orally, or stacking 100 blotter sheets on top of eachother and smoking them all at once. But why would anyone ever want to do that. It is strong enough at regular doses.
