Your questions dont pertain to a martha setup specifically at all.

What species are you trying to cultivate? Temps vary.

Cake ~ 99% humidity

Casing ~ 92% humidity.

High humidity levels help initiate primordia formation in a casing. Afterwards they need to be lowered.

I just thought maybebecasue of the larger space the levels might be different, also this isnt a martha specific question but from what i can see the depth of the martha allows either 2 of the half size trays or 1 large one, everyone who posts pics usually has many small cases instead of going with the large, i was wondering y this is and if it allows a bigger yield?

Machmood: It's definitely safer to go with smaller trays - if you lose one tray you don't necessarily lose everything...I'm guessing that's why most people do it. If you haven't used a Martha yet just follow Magash's procedures at first and you should be golden

Making shelving:

I'm sure there's more info too...you can just use the search. It seems a lot of people are using Marthas now so there's been a lot of discussion.

Forget the tin foil pans...go with the glad ovenware ones. You'll thank me after a few grows...

Yes he uses 1 quart..not to small of casings either...the Ziplock containers..they're like 4x7 inches or something. Not huge..I like 1 1/2-2 quarts in a container that size but thats just me.
