condensation in the jars

i just started growing my first ever batch of mushrooms usin the PF tek, and everything seems to be goin alright so far. i innoculated the jars last night. inside like 2 of the jars there is a bit of condensation on the sides of them. should i worry about this, and if so, what should i do about?

No, you shouldn't worry about this. Are the jars really wet inside? Is the brf sticking all over the jar's sides, and the bottom is completely covered in brf juice? If so, then you added too much water to the jars. You can loosen the lids, but doing so at this point can increase risk of contams.

Once the jars are colonized, you can put them on their sides, and loosen the lids.

no, its just a little bit of condensation on the sides. theres not like hella water in there. what does brf stand for dude, im new to this.

brown rice flour = brf  jes figgerd that out the other day too =)

just flip the jars upside down and the excess water will drain out and brf stands for brown rice flour
