 PC ecuador - heavy body load?

I had a bad experience eating fresh 23 PC Ecuadors. The trippy part was mild but the body load ( cramps, spasms and sweating) were very bad. I was wondering if this is normal for the ecuador species. They were very watery and the taste was very mild as well. Does drying reduce the body load? Which species has the best trip power combined with lowest body load? My next batch is Panaeolus tropicalis. Waht is the word on the trip and body load on these babies? Please help me out as I don't want a repeat experience.

Anyways, pc ecuadors are just like any other P.cube. They're the same specie, so their effects will be practically the same.

my experience with EQs (ecs acutually) are not very pleasant.
Here are the positives and negatives.
1. Very visual, it hits you fast, very colorful
2. Nice body load
Bad things:
1.Anxiety that arises when it hits you, my friend calls these the "fast and furious"
2. Obsessive thinking, my god these shrooms make me think like no other, delusional thinking is not the greatest in the world, all my friends who have taken these have had the delusional thinking (nothing insightful at all)
3. Confusion occurs when you are going up, the trip is not a very clear one when compares to PF classic, PESA, K. Samui, or PESH. I dislike these mushrooms greatly
they are fast colonizers, heavy and huge mushrooms but definitey not worth the trip, they for a while had put me off shrooms.
PESA and K. Samui is the way to go!!!

that is the same shit that i got from B+!! there were practically no visuals, and when i ate a shitload (27 almost dry grams, which i found out are in between 10-15 completely dry grams) i felt like my body was getting twisted around and when i was coming down i felt like shit!! then i tried pes hawians, and they were alot better!!!! they came pretty fuckin fast, and the visuals were awsome, you really "get into" the trip, and i almost talked to a pile of leaves!!! that was only on 4 and 5 gram trips also. the body high wasnt that great though, usually i feel like i "melt into the earth" but not with the pes hawians. maybe i just need to take more. i think the taste really tells you the potency. the B+ were bad tasting, but nothing like the pes hawians, and both of those were no match for the gram of pan cyans i ate (when i ate the gram of pan cyans there werent any visuals, i just felt really dizzy) the B+ i could eat with some swiggs of oj, but the pes hawians i need a few chocolate bars. as for youre next batch beeing pans, i would recomend you spawn them with dung, compost, or straw, and use something other than straight verm to case, these shrooms are little, and they will mbe even smaller if you dont grow them right.

its an old topic but i think still very valid and its still comes up high in google search.
I also highly advise against "Equadorian" other then the effects already mentioned, it can be a real trip to hell and it can take a long time to recover. I wasn't far from loosing it after that trip i took big dose tho, +- 10 grams dried i guess. I have big resistance and need a big dose i have done bigger before but other shrooms.
It was also very unpleasant for the body, felt your molecules of my body were ripped apart i had to puke and shit.
