Find me or quote me the law which says you have to pay federal tax in America?

There isn't one, there are some really good books written about not paying taxes, but once you deside to go down that path you're in for a long haul.

I read about a group in Montana that decided not to pay taxes, legally. From what I remember the government made life very difficult for them.

Exactly, by not paying taxes you pretty much give up the right to use your social security number, and you need that for alot of shit. It takes a lot of planning in advance before you deside to not pay the government.

That is an amendment stating they can tax the citizens. It is not a law stating they government will tax citizens nor is it a law stating citizens must pay taxes.

The constituation as well as its ammendments commonly make use of elastic langauge where by in granting the power to tax incomes to the government it implies that the government will tax its citizens and that its citizens must pay.

I talked to a guy I went to high school with who lived in Vegas for a while. He said he knew this group of guys who went around telling people how to not pay taxes. These guys themselves did not pay taxes. They are in federal court right now on charges.

I've heard before about how it was passed under questionable circumstances, but I don't think the Supreme Court really cares.

I beleive what you're interested in is Title 26 http://uscode.house.gov/download/title_26.php
specifically Chapter 78 - Discovery of Liability and Enforcement of Title
http://uscode.house.gov/download/pls/26C78.txt

It includes such gems as:
Quote:

(1) Any criminal investigator of the Intelligence Division of the
Internal Revenue Service whom the Secretary charges with the duty
of enforcing any of the criminal provisions of the internal revenue
laws, any other criminal provisions of law relating to internal
revenue for the enforcement of which the Secretary is responsible,
or any other law for which the Secretary has delegated
investigatory authority to the Internal Revenue Service, is, in the
performance of his duties, authorized to perform the functions
described in paragraph (2).
(2) The functions authorized under this subsection to be
performed by an officer referred to in paragraph (1) are -
(A) to execute and serve search warrants and arrest warrants,
and serve subpoenas and summonses issued under authority of the
United States;
(B) to make arrests without warrant for any offense against the
United States relating to the internal revenue laws committed in
his presence, or for any felony cognizable under such laws if he
has reasonable grounds to believe that the person to be arrested
has committed or is committing any such felony; and
(C) to make seizures of property subject to forfeiture under
the internal revenue laws.

In other words, if you don't pay your taxes, IRS agents will bust down your door, seize your property, and throw you in jail.

Although, normal IRS agents don't appear to be authorized to carry firearms; only those concerned with enforcing taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms - which might just be ATF agents now, I don't know. But, if you're a criminal tax evader, there're plenty of cops with guns to bring you in.

Essentially, you are making a contract with the government. If you live in this society, then you must contribute to the society's debt.

Well, your birth certificate is your contract. Thats why your name is written in capital letters, just like a corporations name is in capital letters on their contract with the government. So you are a corporation working for the United States, which is actually a corporation in itself owned by the British Royal Family.. it used to be called East India Company but they changed its name to United States.

Every year the US government must give half of its accumulated wealth to the royal family (real wealth such as precious metals, not paper money which is worth nothing)

Why would the royal family want our "wealth"? The Black Nobility has more wealth than the whole world.

No. Real wealth. They control, directly or indirectly, the flow of economical and physical energy. They own entire countrys' banking systems.
