A legitimate request for help

I'm getting desparate otherwise I wouldn't even be asking questions. I have grown mushrooms before but now all of the sudden I can't do it. Everytime I inject nothing ever happens. I've been trying this for about 5 months now and no luck.
I even tryed a myco bag just in case my substrates are funky. No Luck still. Do I have bad spores? Everything is kept around 85 degrees, a very stable environment and its free from any light.
Any suggestions ?????? THANKS FOR THE HELP I REALLY NEED SOME IDEAS HERE I'M WASTING MONEY AND SPORES.

You didn't tell us how you're growing them. Try reading some of the instructions on this site?

I thought when I said that I'm growing them in myco in the dark at 85 degrees that was explaining how I was growing them. Thanks for the help buddy. I always like useless smart mouthed comments.

Try giving a little more detail on your grow before you go flaming people that are trying to help you here.
The info on your grow is pretty vague. Spore source? How many CC's per bag? You need to fill in the blanks to help us help you.

I bought these spores from the hawks eye and also another copy of the mazatapec strain from sporebank. <--- The last one is a high priced rip off for a company in my opinion. I'm reluctant to think that all the spores from The Hawks Eye are bad.
Recently I steralized some small Tuperware containers 2 with ground 50% Brown Rice/ 50% Verm. The other 2 with ground %50 Wild Bird Seed/ 50% Verm. Each inoculated with 2cc of each of the 4 from Hawks Eye, I didn't use the sporebank syringe.
I'll work on getting a pic of the grow if more explaination is needed to get to the bottom of this.
Thanks for the help!!

The Hawks Eye spores should be good. Whats your humidity, and whats the water content like? Did you let everything cool down enough between sterilizing and innoculating? If the substrate was still hot, its possible the spores were killed as they were injected.

What is in your MYCOBAG? As the come with differing content.
How many ml of spore solution are you injecting into a bag?
What is ambiant RH of incubator space (low rh will dry a bag out).
If you don't see germination & some growth inside 3 weeks, something is way haywire.
Would suggest - when you ask for help - use patience & try to be polite with any questions, or answers you get. Otherwise, you will just get BS.

I already took into account that they would be killed. So I let them cool to room temperature. Above all else the Grain Myco bag came to me in the mail steralized I shot it up with 2 cc on the left side and 2cc on the right its alot bigger than the containers I used. The humidity of it should be optimum.
I don't know how to give an exact answer to the humidity for my substrate, I mixed the water in with the verm and the rice or seed, so that it wasn't runny just moist. After I pulled them from the cooker, I turned them upside down and slightly opened the lid enough to let out any excess water that may have gotten in, only one container had anything that ran out.
Sorry for being an ass. Thanks for the quick help too.

Well I read on here somewhere to use Wild Bird Seed its comprised of mostly three dif kinds of Millet.
Just incase that was a Grain Myco bag, I've used them before to grow Thailand Pink Buffalo and they always worked Perfect.

Hawks spores are said by the majority here, to be good. All it takes is a few dozen repeated legit complaints & a vendor here..... isnt long. Hawks been around for years, which says something.
When you say "sterilized" - do you mean in a pressure cooker 1 hour @ 15 psi? Or, something else?
What are you useing for gas exchange, polyfil - tyvek or what & what size holes in lids?

ummm, have u been using 50/50 verm and flour? thatsw waayyy too much flour. u want about 25 % flour, 25% water, and 50% verm. ur substrate has the wrong consistency. flour is hard for the myc. to get through. hence the verm.

can you walk us through your steps for prep, sterilization, inoculation and incubation, are you shaking the syringes up really well before you inject

When I say "sterilized" - I mean in a pressure cooker 1 hour @ 15 psi, actually probably more like an 1 hour and 15 mins since it still boils after you turn the heat off. But Lets just say "I am only trying to inoculate the myco bag. We know it should work as far as the substrate goes right?
I really haven't had enough time to tell if my new substrates work or not, its just the few attempts with these spores about 3 months ago and then the myco bag. I read somewhere you could use coco peat / verm but even that didn't work.
Right now I do not have any air holes in the tuperware containers I really didn't think it was necessary for colonization only fruiting, especially since the colonization is normaling done in sealed canning jars. I'll have to decrease my amount of rice next time too. I'll make yet another batch of 4.
It is possible I am not shaking these up enough I will have to check that possibility out. Anyway thanks again for the help I probably need more time to see whats happens right now.

how often do you check on them, how long has it been since injection (how long before you decide they "won't/aren't taking")?

Hey, thanks for the help guys it looks like I have 1 successful colonization. One of the ground wild bird seed / verm is moving along pretty quick. Still nothing in the other 3 that is visible and nothing in the myco bag, these are all in the same environment.
The spores must be kinda shabby.
