Does anyone have URLs to places where one can buy a
ultrasonic humidifier? Preferably in Europe but American
companies are also interesting if the price is right.

Try ebay. Im sure you can get a good one there for about 20 bucks or so. I have 2, and got them both at flea markets... one for 7 bucks and one for 10.
