Bruising ?

So far I've only been bruising stems. Is that the way to go or should I be bruising caps?

Some Psilocybes will blue when handled, period. Some will blue where handled, like if you were to rub your hand over the cap, etc. Some Psilocybes do not blue at all. It's strange.
If the stem blues, cool! Some Psilocybes blue in the stem, but not in the cap. Depends, you know.
