 I never watch Friends but....

I have about 6 seasons on DVD. One day, I will have them all. There is something about this show that I can really identify with. Each character has their own unique identity, quirks and flaws.
The Ross and Rachel drama is so complex. They are soulmates, but they just don't need to be together. They are together, as friends. They love and they argue and fight but they are always there for each other no matter what.
It's really one of the only shows that makes me laugh out loud. (LOL if you will...) and no matter how many times I see Ross and Rachels first kiss, I always shed a few little tears. Little ones, eh? I'm no wussy.
I love the colours that they use, and the artwork you can find in thier apartments and in the coffeehouse, the diversity of characters and special guests...it's just a really great show.
But I don't want you guys to think I'm a dork for being so into such a mainstream, trendy show. It's not that great...

I remember giving someone a 5 gram bag of my best poo grown Lipa, and then they watched the friends last episode on them, what a waste.

i have never watched one epdisode of friends. i've seen bit and pieces...but didn't get into it. maybe in five years or so..

i could never watch movies and trip. i remember watching the fifth element once.. i love that movie but my friend had a bootleg and all the 'theatre soundtracking' and it wasn't very enjoyable.. it was like i could see through the characters.. i like it sober.. love it... ok yeah

about 6 years ago i lived way out in the woods...it was really nice but we got one station...you know the one... i swear it only had soap operas, news, and 17 episodes of friends. i watched many an episode out of boredom... some of them are pretty funny though. well i haven't seen it in years so not sure about now. but the 10 they played over and over and over were pretty funny...

I find this to be very true. Not even just with tripping...if I smoke a bown and chill out in front of the TV, I don't lose myself in whatever is on, so much as I am sitting there analyzing the soundtracks and making mental notes on charcter development and all kinds of stuff like that.
One of the reasons I don't watch a whole lof of TV is because turning myself 'off' like that makes me feel a lot less energized. I'd rather be doing something interactive...
but I really like friends.
