 Any ideas how I can get me a lady???

Hi y'all
I'm 22 no girlfriend, never had one either and it sucks. 
If I don't find a women soon I'm gonna explode!!!
Problem is I sat in my room and smoked weed for 7 years which just fed my paranoia and anxiety.
I don't smoke anymore and I feel more confident to approach women. But due to this social phobia shit, theres no way I'll ever walk into a pub or club.
None of my friends have girls, they all in the same boat as me. None of thier sisters are fit either.
There must be more avenues, other ways but I'll be dammed if I can find em. 
Any ideas?

Unfortunately posting on internet message boards is not a good place to start! 
Seriously, get over the social paranoia and go meet some people. Otherwise theres not a lot anyone can do to help you out. You won't have any luck meeting girls until you start meeting girls! You just need to be yourself and not give a fuck what people think about you. If they don't like you then they're not worth your time anyway. Eventually you'll meet people that you like and they'll like you.

Talk to as many girls as possible, even if it isn't about hookin up with them. Just gotta put all the bullshit aside and say to yourself that it's gonna be awkward at first.
I mean, why do girls dress up so nice, spend hours on makeup etc? Because they want to attract you... they want you to talk to them...

OK but all the ones I see are just randomly walking through town.
Sometimes I do talk to them but usually they underage or already got a bf which sucks too.
If you have no hobbies and don't like pubs clubs then there is no where to meet females other than the street, that I know of...
Dam I wish there was a hooking up club for young people without the usual predujice.

Laundry mat, grocery store, Wal-mart.....believe it or not chicks go to these places too.

Do you work out at all? If not, I'd suggest catching up on your stretching, and get the blood going a little more often with a little bit of cardio every day or something.. You will start feeling better about yourself and with time should help to alleviate the anxiety while boosting your confidence in the process.
And yeah, mdma can work wonders aswell..just know that it should never be something to be reliant upon. Learn from the experience.

You gotta start working. Just go to a bar or something and start meeting chicks. Talk to all the women you see. Dont be alwase bugging them though. Good luck

Just go to the bar, or pub(whatever), and knock a few back. Just start talking to people and soon you'll loosen up. You may be relying on the alcohol to socialize while at the pub but if you get a few numbers you can carry on with getting to know people while sober. PLus if you're in a place full of drunk people it's almost impossible not to socialize.
Pretty soon you should be more confident all together. Just try and meet anyone and hang out with them. Even if its just new guy friends that you start hanging out with, most guys have a few cute female friends.

I've actually gotten decent advice from messageboards before. They are quite the plethora of information.

I'd have to agree with this as well. Working out really does relieve alot of anxiety.

Grab one out of the WalMart parking lot at night.  Make sure to have a sound proof cellar, equipped with chains, somewhere that you can keep her.
