An easy yet strong strain?
    #3720276 - 02/02/05 07:37 PM (11 years, 10 months ago)

I am about to order more spores. My last batch of shrooms were pretty weak. I am looking for a happy cubensis medium between ease of growth and strength(amount of active chemicals). In all your wise growing experience what is a good cubensis strain to get ahold of?

Try golden teacher or PESA

I really doubt it was your strain. What strain did you grow before, and on what substrate?

Where did you grow it on (corn, brf, other grains etc), what temp, how did you dry it?

for the most part all cubies are equal in potency. There is very little variation

Your growing conditions will have more to do with your potency than changing strains.

If you found 2 strains to not be strong, I'd bet its your conditions and/or substrate. A substrate with more nutrients and optimal condidtions (as well as CRACKER dry shroos) will help you out more then other strains. Give Z's, Amazons, Orisa Indias or Hawaiins a shot. Ive had great potency with these strains. But look into changing something about the way you do things (or a few things) since this will improve your potency alot more.

Try mixing shrooms from different flushes...
Sometimes you just get a weak/strong flush - it helps even things out.
