Loud banging drums and screeching guitars until the upstairs neighbours stomp on the ceiling with rage. So satisfying...

Eat banana's they contain something that makes you happy. Drink chocolate milk.. Then visit friends and do things you would not do when you were with your girlfriend.. Then think.. God.. What a great choice.. I made..

Ok, you asked and I'm just gonna be truthful with you. If it doesn't help, just disregard it. It's a really wierd way to look at life and your problems but it works for me. Hell, I'm a really wierd guy and have an odd perspective on things though.
If I'm ever frustrated, which is very rare, I just picture myself as if I were looking down on myself from above. Then imagine as if I'm zooming out y'know so I can see the roof of the house and the yard and all. Then I zoom out further and I see the whole city, then the whole state, then the planet.
I keep mentally zooming out till I can see the sun and all the nine planets and the moons that orbit around them. Then I go back further still until I can see the entire Milky Way galaxy that we call home. And yep, you guessed it I zoom out even more until I see countless other galaxies.
At this point I think about just how small and miniscule a speck I am in the grand scheme of things. I then come to the realization that my problems which at first glance seem so large are in reality just as miniscule. But hey, to really appreciate this notion I guess you have to already have a happy-go-lucky, fly by the seat of your pants attitude in the first place. Heh, it's the secret to my happiness. I don't worry about anything because I know no matter how big my problems may be, they don't really ammount to jack-shit when I look at the "big picture".
Like I said at the beginning, this is just my way of dealing with frustration and it may or may not suit you. Best of luck to ya though.

I'd say taking valium is a bad idea. it numbs you now and leaves you with your problems for tomorrow. You ned to think about such things to get over them and valium, although it might be tempting, isn't going to help with that.
A long walk sounds in nature sounds a lot better

well considering i have no money and i dont really awnt ot break any of my stuff....im just stuck sitting here on the fucking computer or watching tv.
im normally a very happy person...i never let anything get to me and im never down and noone can really figure out how i do this. but this just really eats at my soul....i finally had a really deep connection with a girl and i put everything i had into it.....she made me feel so secure...she was afraid i was gonna leave her. So i just opned up completely and let it all come out....we even talked about getting married....just last week! how does everyhting fall apart so fast?
why do i repeatedly trust women....why do i get myself in such fucked up situtations....why do i do these things to myself!

its a human thing. in the meantime , you may have no choice but to suffer through it. i thinkit may even be healthy to suffer through it. you'll come up with your own solutions and work them out by yourself and generally, the best ideas to your problems come from within.
or like i said. valium. =D

I have a heavy-bag in my basement that i hit (picturing the person i hate, usually)
or i go running until i exhaust myself and then go to sleep.
i have a roommate that destroys shit (mostly property taht doesnt belong to him) when hes pissed off and usually while drunk. i think releasing frustration on inanimate objects shows a lack of disipline and control ove ones emotions, IMO.
PS: sorry to hear about your female problems.
