What sub ?
What style of inoc ?
Did you make syringe your self ?
How old were the spores ?
How much innoculant per jar ?

These types of questions could go on all day .Help us help you
Like P1 said ... need more info to give realatively decent answer .

Is possible you have some bad spores , could be a contam in the jars , could be the mix of the sub ... lots of things , by now you should see at least the beginnings of germination .

How did you inoculate the jars? Did you put the tip against the glass and let it run down the side? Did you just jab it in the middle of the substrate? Did you pierce through the dry verm layer?

Excerpt from one of my textbooks:
Therefore, between a then and its matching else, there cannot be an if statement without an else. Statements must be distinguished between those that are matched and those that are unmatched, where unmatched statements are else-less ifs and all other statements are matched.
I wonder if that would make more sense if I was tripping when I read it.

I inoculated the jars at 4 spots in the jar. Trough the layer of dry verm and close to the glass
