hello, tommorow is my chance to cook some (san-some) pedro and an unknown trich. since its most likely my only day for cooking witouht disturbance i have to test the psychoactivity of these unknown parts. if it goes right i shall again take san pdro in a day or two. has anyone experienced tolerance with mescaline so youcant take mescaline in a row of days? thx.

I don't think that's a terribly bright idea. Mescaline is extremely exhausting. The trip itself lasts a good 12 hours at least, and most find it difficult to sleep up to 15-18 hours after ingestion. That's a lot of stress on your body. It's really not worth it. Space out your trips, allow time to integrate your experience.

Much like mushrooms, mescaline will give you that mini-tolerance boost right after you take it. You should really wait a week or two inbetween trips so that your chemical balance inside your body levels out. If you have a light trip, I would wait a week minimum. If you have a hard trip, I would wait 2-3 weeks minumum. Also another thing is that you probably won't feel all ripped and roaring to go for another trip the day after your first one, at least I always feel like I need a break, so take that into consideration as well.
I would recommend that you either save the extra pedros for another time, or maybe you can call over some friends to trip with if you feel like you must use all of the cactus at once. To trip multiple days in a row would really be a waste of your cacti imo.

I believe that tripping that often, is many times a waste of a hallucinogen. Everyone is different though.
I like to wait atleast 2 weeks, ideally 2-3 months in between trips.

ok, some talk about exhaustion, some about rebalancing the body's chemistry and some about taste. you may think im not giving enough respect or considerastion to sa npedro, but the truth is i dont even know if its gonna work, if its gonna work then i have easily enough pedro to indulge for months. i have taken the juice before and have consumed a considerable amount of psychedelics, and while its true that sometimes you dont want more, sometimes you do. anyays, has anybody experience tolerance build up? or at least does anybody know how the tolerance works so i can know how many times i should multiply the cactus flesh?
i dont think it will happen anyways, if i trip ill trip with friends and are going out but please if somebody knows this, tell me. bye.

Closest I've done it was a week apart. One very mild dose to see if it actually works. Then the dose trippled the next week.

How much Pedro are you planning on preparing? And how many friends do you plan to "journey" with?
It sounds like you are planning on preparing a considerable amount. Now I know that you said you will only have a small window of opportunity to boil it, but I think you are approaching this situation wrong.
If I were you (which I'm not), I would only make enough juice for you and your friends and save the rest until the next "window of opportunity" presents itself. If you make enough to experience a deep and heavy trip, its more then likely that you'll be good on the cactus juice until your next opportunity anyway, but thats just a suggestion.
Drinking cactus juice several days in a row, isn't respecting it imo.

ok i changed my mind. what i had planned first was to test the cactus and then take it the next day with my 2 friends. its not so much that im gonna test, but i think i can do something like test it, when i feel an objective come up get the hell out to a hill or sometrhing to take the rest with my friends... thanks for the replies.
