Best method for a Dorm Room

I recently tried the PF neglect tek, and although it fits my needs nicely, I was dissapointed with the yeild. Yeild is of the utmost importance for me. I need a method that can do well in a fiarly small area underneath a bed, and doesn't recquire any fancy equipment like a pressure cooker. All I have to work with is the dorm kitchen, equiped with a stove, oven and microwave. If anyone has any suggestions for a high yeild tek that fits my needs, I would be eternally grateful if you would share it with me.

Try the 'wafer tek' that Oldtimer over at mycotopia started doing. I have done it in 12x17x7 inch rubbermaid containers. Totally self contained casing, requires only twice daily fanning and misting. I got about 18 grams dry off one flush. Works really well.

"Place a 1/2" layer of moist verm in the bottom of a black (or sufficiently opaque) tray. Slice up a PF cake into 1/4" - 1/2" slices (wafers) and lay these on the verm. Cover with 1/4" - 1/2" pasteurized casing of your choice. I find peat with lime to be the best for me. Adjust pH to 7-8. Put a lid on it and leave it alone in a semi-dark place until casing is run through with mycelium. At this point (around 1-1/2 to 2 weeks) you should start seeing pins. Start lightly misting the casing, give fresh air and light... That's it... "
