hello all
so far i have, a bag of verm, 12 250ml wide mouth mason jars, 2 rubber maid containers
just recived a eq spore print, thank u ralphster44

looking for brown rice flower, i visited all groceries stores and a few health store in Toronto and was unable to find any.
the only place i found it is in bulk barn but i dont know if its organic, has no labels

any1 know where i can get brf, and syrenges in TORONTO?

also i was reading the www.shroomwizard.com guide but read some negative things about it here, what is a good guide for newbies?

as for brf (brown rice flour) you can probably make your own.

and you can find out how to make your own check out the MMGG (magic mushroom growers guide) which you can find right here at the shroomery -- grow/find section. definately the most reliable newbie guide in most people's opinion. (I certainly had good luck with it, the 9er tek is worth a look too)

Can't find BRF in Toronto? Come on, you're not looking hard enough. If worse comes to worse, then yes, you can make your own BRF with BR (organic). I think that the stuff at bulk barn will do, don;t quote me. My friend found BRF at this health food store. Ask the people who work there where you could find any.
