Or does the disclaimer protect us or is it cosidered free speech or what. Because a lot of people incriminate themselves here on a daily basis.

Leos will only discover your presence here if they are all ready watching you. if they are all ready watching you they will eventually get more evidance they CAN use against you. the things you say here mostly just provoke Leo to continue to watch you.

I think its wise to do what many do, never say your personally are doing anything illegal... But that your friend is doing it and your asking for them..

I highly recommend not openly saying to anyone you grow, or do anything illegal.... Better safe than sorry.
