no mycelium

hey all....i did the innoc 5 days ago and nothing so far...no white fuzz no blue fuzz no fuzz at all.....i followded the mmgg to the letter with homemade brown rice flour. Should i be sad at this point and start ova, or do i hang tight? the jars are sittin in the closet, and its about 80-83 degrees in here on the average. Thanks for any help you can send my way..........btw please buy from Lil Shop of Spores and from Capt Max, they ship to western states. Peace!!
