Indeed, I drink it on a fairly regular basis. It is extremely low in caffeine, and as high or higher in antioxdants than tomatoes and the like. Plus, it tastes good!

I got mine from either a GNC or a GNC-type place. Most organic food markets should have it too (Whole Foods).

I drink YERBA MATE everyday, outta a Gord and one of those Filter Straws.

Generally you can find KILO bags of the stuff at CARNACERIAs, which is Spanish for MeatMarket!

dont get teh tea bags such a rip off, and not the right portions. i prefer the not smoked and no stems kind( i think its northern brazil does that, and argentina the green could be wrong i forget). the straight greenleafy stuff is the best IMO
