I have white fuzz at the bottom inch or so of most of my stems I assume that this is mycillium growing up the stems.
Does this indicate to high a temperature. I have it at about
70-76. This is my first flush ever so I'm just making sure it isn't something I need to worry about. Thanks in advance for any comments.

It's normal. If it gets excessive, you might consider dropping the humidity and/or increasing air exchanges.
