yellow tinge post H2O2

9 cakes, some Eqs' and cams. Birthed 6 days ago, dunk tek all but one, after they
showed signs of cobweb mold-greyish, sprayed with H202 straight per Hawk tek,
cakes revived-bright white, wonderful mycelial growth. Struggled to bring down
humidity, took perlite out completely but the weather and closet temps 84-86 which
caused me to have to open and fan several times. Moved to cooler location, but
then this am..they seemed to look a bit grey on tops. Bottoms of cakes on vermic
were still healthy. To be safe, sprayed h202 again. The grey shit instantly disappeared and
I smelled a mushroomy smell. Turned them upside down so vermic side with mycelial growth
is on top.(almost a pf double ended casing now) But NOW cakes are lookingYELLOW. Temp is 74 degrees. Humidity 99%..Hepa filter running adjacent to chamber, took the
damn perlite out again and its maintaining humidity. Any other FIRST AID..that I should do?

Sometimes cakes turn yellow from water damage. You may have sprayed your cakes too much. Also, if your humidity is at 99%, try getting it down to about 95%. If you don't spray onto your cakes directly over the next few days you should see them recover.

Thank you..they are looking less yellow this am.
I lost all my cakes last bout because I didn't recognize
the grey mold so I am being super cautious. Now I just need to get this humidity down.
thanks again for your response.
