Freezing will keep potency relatively well. Store in a very well sealed container. Eat the mushrooms frozen, because freezing fresh breaks down cellular structure and you could very well end up with super slimy and mushy mushrooms. Just blend them with some oj and make a smoothy or eat them whole frozen.

I'd advise against the freezing. In my experience it really breaks down potency. Just wrap them in a paper towel inside of a paper bag and keep in the fridge for no more than a week.
