hi i am a newb at shroomin and im in Lansing michigan,in the spring im gana go out and find some shrooms. cany you eat liberty caps? if not, can you tell me the right species to eat so i can trip off them?

Yes, you can eat liberty caps. They are psilocybe semilanceata, I believe. Others include:

Where P. stands for "psilocybe".
