Okay. I think I found a hygrometer. I am looking for somewhere local to buy it from because I want to buy everything today and set up the pod and experiment a little.
Displays indoor and outdoor temperature in Fahrenheit. Displays relative humidity from 20% - 90%. Automatic daily reset option of min/max memory. 12/24 hr. selectable clock with alarm. Weatherproof 10 ft. sensor probe. Built-in table top stand or wall mountable. Requires 1 AA battery. $17.99
I havent found geolite yet.

-------------------- As I held the dark syringe close to my ear I heard a small voice, "If you build it, they will grow." With a quick jab at each jar, I injected two cc's in each. Soon enough, I was chomping on the sexiest handfull of nipples I had ever seen. A tear ran down my face. I could feel their warm touch soothing my soul. It was so beautiful that all I knew to do was cry out with laughter. All the love I had shown them was returned with the most concentrated and potent form of love known to man. great sex

99% or 100% yeah.... doesn't really matter what the minimum is. +/-3% or under is always a plus too

you'll want tubing for the fish air pump... a lot of air pumps don't come with the tubing for it.
maybe a submersible heater if you are going to do dual tub incubation too

radioshack has a remote thermo/hygro unit can monitor up to three "environments" remotely from a separate monitor. price: 50 (additional unit: 20) you don't have to worry about getting the sensor wet, but the monitor is not indoor/outdoor. cool trick: as both the sensor and the monitor have separate digital temp/humidity gauges, you can use the sensor to monitor the fruiting chamber (it has hum.) then use the monitor to measure your temp/rel. hum. of your incubation chamber (no humidity) slightly expensive, but well worth it
