Im gathering ingredients for casing and today bought a small bag of "Miracle-Gro Sphagnum Peat Moss" "enriched with Miracle-Gro liquid plant food"

Should I stay away from this for use in casing? Or is it ok?

The Miracle-Gro needs to be leached out and drained.

then do it again...

Wow, glad I asked. I'll just use this in the garden and get some plain peat moss from a nursery. Whats the Sphagnum?
