In that case you should stay away from high doses of salvia.

I voted for it even though my teeth have never fallen out technically, but I've had dreams where my tongue felt my teeth and they were loose, like I was going to lose it, but I never actually did. I would freak out like "I already lost my baby teeth ahhh!"
but then it was all a dream so it's all good.
cool poll, btw

also, I voted for "trying again and again to do something" for the situation when you're trying to run away, and you can't run.
that happens alot in my dreams, it's like my feet are glued to the ground.

I get similar dreams were I am running but can't run fast enough.. like I'm running through water. I also get ones were I don't have the strength to do something. I've always thought dreams like that are inadequacy dreams which show a subconscious belief that I am inadequate at what I can't do. I don't believe the whole "you dream about this and it means that" thing though.. everyone is different.

I have reoccuring dreams of being killed by a huge tsunami. Have been having them for about 10 years now. I've probably had this same dream at least 200 times.
Most recent dream, I was being attacked and this person was trying to kill me. I took his knife from him and pinned him to the ground. I repeated stabbed at his head but couldn't hit. Everytime I brought the knife down it just hit in glancing blows around his forehead and cheeks resulting in only superficial scratches. I don't remember how it ended.
Awesome poll.

I am doing a project for my psychological class. It calls for me to examine a journal of my choice; I chose one that took men and women students and gave them the same test that I gave you. They ordered the results by sex to examine gender based differences in dreams. I found the results interesting, as well as the experiment itself so I decided to make a thread about it.
And although this thread was made just for the fun of it, I did notice something in particular. In the original findings, "failing an examination" had comparitively high hits. I suppose this is a result of sampling ONLY college students... and is something I'm sure to point out when I get to the "how could this have been improved upon" section of my analysis.

Holy shit that was wild. I can't believe I found both "losing control of a vehicle" and "floods/tidal waves"
I almost laughed when I was able to click BOTH of those boxes. Fantastic.

I was just listening to a David Icke interview (I like a lot of what he has to say, but some of his thoughts are a bit too far out there for me) anyhoo, he was talking about dreams where your teeth fell out (never had one that I can recall.) So as he explains, these dreams are symbolic of your father or grandfather dyiing. Anyone have any comments?

in so far as i've experienced, dreams of losing teeth are generaly financial, and often reflect anxiety over financial decisions in particualr.
