Get whole green tea leaves. They're cheaper in bulk, yield better tasting tea... you just need a teapot and teaball. Plus you can use that teaball for making infusions of other herbs and whatnot.

I swear once I started drinking tea I noticed a great improvement in my health...
It is hard to pick a favorite, but I usually mix one green bag with one black bag..
Black tea is the same as green except it has been pressed and oxidized which increases the caffeine content by 30-50%

One of my favorites is White tea( black tea flavored with pear and vanilla) and just straight up green tea with honey.

Right now I drink Green Tea mixed with Earl Grey, the company is Bigelow or such and it's rather delicious. I believe that combo is newer as I haven't seen it before, but it's mixed in one bag. It definitely adds some energy into my day, and I feel way better after drinking it than with coffee.

Green tea is awesome. It only has 30 milligrams of caffeine compared with coffee's 100 milligrams, but nevertheless that seems just enough to add some properties of caffeine without the side effects from drinking lots of coffee daily.

I love green tea.  I buy leaves by the ounce at my local coffee shop.  There are like 20 different green tea varieties to choose from and the prices range from $3.00 to $10.00 per ounce.  I don't add any sweetenre or anything.  It's a great pck me up during the day but it's not as taxing to the body as coffee.  Green tea with jasmine is .

I drink my tea plain. It's almost always Green Tea, but I accidently bought some orange, green tea, and chamomile mix last time I was at the store. It's not nearly as good as just plain Green Tea.
