Help!

I am new to this. A friend and I want to try shrooms, and I just bought a dub (1/8) for 20 dollars from a friend. what I got were four caps and four stems. He recommended that my friend and I each take a cap and stem. I don't want to trip hard (I want to be at level two or three), but this doesn't seem like very much. Should I go with half of the eight, or a fourth of it as suggested. Thanks for any help you can give me.

i doubt you will get a lev 3 out of a cap and a stem. take as much as you can get.
