Ebay...you can get em cheaper than the stores.
Check Ebay here!~

How large do you need?

The All American has a 45 quart model...the 945.

There is also a 41 quart model...the 941.

I own the 30 quart model...the 930.
I bought the 930 model off Ebay for $200.00 including shipping....new!~

Word of warning :
Some large model pressure cookers won't fit on a stove top that has the fan unit hanging down...or models that have a micro wave oven above the stove.
So make sure you have clearance to use a large one.

My 30 quart 930 model barely fits under my microwave/fan unit that is above my oven.

also large pressure cookers weigh a fricken ton!~

Good luck!~

:lol: thanks for the info
this "ALL AMERICAN 41.5 Qt. Pressure Cooker Canner" looks nice, how many jars do you think it can hold. I know the 6 Qt holds about 6, so would the 41.5 hold 40?

Doesn't work like that.

I listed how many jars each pressure cooker will hold.

* 910 model *
Capacity:
Liquid: 10.50 quarts
Pint jars: 7
Quart Jars: 4

* 915 model *
Capacity:
Liquid: 15.50 quarts
Pint jars: 10
Quart Jars: 7

* 921 model *
Capacity:
Liquid: 21.50 quarts
Pint jars: 19
Quart Jars: 7

*925 model *
Capacity:
Liquid: 25.00 quarts
Pint jars: 19
Quart Jars: 7

* 930 model *
Capacity:
Liquid: 30.00 quarts
Pint jars: 19
Quart Jars: 14

* 941 model *
Capacity:
Liquid: 41.50 quarts
Pint jars: 32
Quart Jars: 19

Guess they quit making the 945 model.

Good luck!~
