Please tell me one thing. Does your heart-rate increase a LOT when coming up on your trip with shrooms? Is there any type of anxiety?

I only ask because after smoking weed for almost a year I really don't enjoy it anymore. I also seem to get severe anxiety attacks and a seriously beating heart upon coming up on my stone.

I have always wondered about shrooms, but can the coming up on the trip give you more anxiety then if you were to smoke some STRONG good weed?

I guess what I am trying to say, is if I have some bad anxiety attacks from smoking strong weed, will shrooms give me worse anxiety attacks?

I relize there completly different, and I have been researhing and reading about shrooms for 3 years now. I still have never tried them.

I want to use them to get in touch with my life. I have a few medical problems that I will most likly have to live with for life.

They are small problems, and nothing un-bareable, but because they are somewhat embarrsing I live a somewhat limited life.

Doctor's have pre-scribed anti-depressents, but I was on one type for a few weeks, and I couldn't handle the side effects. I haven't tried them since (which was about 3 months ago). I decided to try and go without them.

Been sick for about 10 years.

I used to have breathing problems when smoking too. Eventually I just took it slowly and realized that alot of it was just normal and that my paranioa was just making things worse. Try not to fight it and relax, move around, exercise more, etc... and get used to the high. That helped me alot.
As for shrooms I've only used them a few times but I haven't noticed any breathing problems. Though I do get a BIG body high on shrooms, so just in case don't be surprised if your stomach starts turning and you get really hot and numb. You'll probably also feel a slight bit speedy. I had no idea about this the first time I shroomed and it gave me a bit of a scare.
