Where to find coco fiber?

hey all, im havin a hell of a time trying to get this casing thing to work out. the only tek ive had success with so far is w/poor mans terrerium. i spent almost $100 building a new terrerium and i can get shit to fruit in there. im thinking of using rubbermaid container w/perlite, which would be a lot simpler. anyways, where do you find coco fiber at? is it really much better to case with this, cause i cased with Verm. and got two shrooms, not a flush. dont know what im doing wrong, but all the shrooms im getting are small little shits. any help would be appreciated. thanks

i would recommend the usage of a rubbermaid with perlite, very chep, effective, and preety forgiving, you only has to fan it three or four times a day.
coco fiber can be bought at any garden strore that have hydroponic systems, but i think it's no big differences between the different casing layers, and the results of fruiting, (but seems to work very different in colonization times) i bet you problem is not from the casing, sound most like poor air exchange and a lack of uniformity in the colonization of the casing layer, perhaps substrate drying.

I would recomend the same setup that 3nric mentioned above.I run a smilar one only i have added an air put which cost about $10 for the pump a case to hold it+a filter and some hose. Since addign it i have noticed increased growth during the night while i am sleeping and can not fan it.

Just my 2 cents hope it help
oh yeha i picked everything up a walmart

My dwarfs were more related to lack of moisture... once I upped the moisture content my dwarfism went away and I started getting nice size shrooms.
