Where did all the good underground hip hop go? I haven't really heard anything that was really good in a while now and it's disappointing. The last really good album I got would probably be non-prophets - hope and thats from 03. Anybody know anything really good from sometime more recent?

Listen to immortal technique. Hes quite the revolutionary rapper. Hes from Washington Heights in NYC, so you know hes legit, the weed definently is. Well if you come across him listen to dance with the devil, the 4rth branch, and the prophecy. He is a darker form of rap but definitely one of the best underground rappers. Hes popular now. Long live the Immortal.

I have heard of him before, even listened to a few songs. I'm not completely a fan of all of his lyrics however i havent really given too him too much of a chance yet. I will give another listen. I dont know if you could go as far as call him revolutionary, that would warrent a revolution and I dont see one happening anytime soon. Just commercial drivel forced down the throats of the masses. But I shall take heed to your recommendations. Thank you sir.
