MycoBag stabilization and fruiting
    #3668300 - 01/23/05 03:06 PM (19 years, 2 months ago)

I was posting about condensation on sides of spore bags and have not adjusted moisture content of bag. I am worried about one bag though because what does it mean if you my bag isn't as bright white as it should be but 99% colonized. I think that it has just been too hot and needs to started fruiting. I am just moving my mycobag away from incubator. I am pretty sure that is right move. Could someone please concur.

1.) is a SPAWNBAG and no sporebag ...
2.) if its 100% it shall be all bright white, here take a look,
this one is like 80% done:

3.) it shouldnt start to fruit b4 its 100% colonised,
your incubator could have dried it out though since the bag itself,
due to the mass of grain inside, generates QUITE some heat during
spawn run .. makes sense right?

well, it would be great if you could give us a pic,
would be way easier to tell then.

the bag should be 100% b4 it starts to put out fruits,
unless its some funky donkey coffee grains or something
peace ohm :mushroom2:

this is my myco bag http://www.mycobag.com/merchant2/merchan...egory_Code=MBSM

so you are basically saying I should rehydrate?
it doesn't look like it is colonizing casing stuff in it ...the stuff looks shiny like metal that are not being colonized

patience grasshopper! It took me over 4 weeks to get to this point today. This is the exact bag you have and it just takes time.

but then see here is the same spores in a bag of rye at 4 weeks

you prolly used a cc of solution. I used a syringe on two bags. In three days I got a completely colonized bag just about after weighting a week. I just want to know why growth has just stalled. its been two days after three days of badass growth
