mycelium syringes/cultures?

Are there legalities involved in buying/selling mycelium syringes or cultures? If not, why don't vendors carry them.

Mycellium syringes and cultures are illegal to ship in the US, I believe.

The US law says that anything containing psylocybin or psilocin is illegal. Mycelium, fruits and sclerotia all contain the two above alkaloids and they are illegal in the US. Spores have nothing in 'em so they are legal. You can still get cultures and mycelium syringes from european vendors, that is if they are willing to assume the risk of shipping to the US.
