Green /w Yellow center

Hello all! I am new here I had a couple of Questions. First I had a batch of jars that I innoculated and they have a some greenish stuff with yellow in the center. I threw all but 4 away 2 had the growth in them the other 2 did not as I let the 2 with the growth keep going the mycylim took over and it is almost completly gone now I am afraid that maybe the other 2 jars actually did have it in them and I just didnt see it. Next I have a second batch of jars that are almost ready to birth 2 of them have a kinda silvery blusish color that looks like brusing but they are still in the jars. Please help
