80's in or out?
    #3636181 - 01/16/05 07:12 PM (19 years, 2 months ago)

You guys like The Cure, New Order, Soft Cell, etc..?

I'm debating on whether I think i should play them on the radio, I don't recall seeing much 80's talk so I thought I would ask first.

I love the 80's anything!
The cure is awesome. Depeche Mode and many countless others.

I can't listen to the radio because my comp is slow and I have dial-up. :frown:

If I could though, I'd def. want to hear some 80's stuff on there.

I was a half child of the 80's.. half 90's.. i was just a kid in the 80's, but i had a sis that was 9 years older... my parents wouldn't let me watch mtv, so i'd sneak into my sister's room and watch it all night.

Some 80's would be sweet! Play stuff with lots of synths. You know what I mean: Eurythmics, Tears for Fears, Thompson Twins. Synthy 80's.

I grew up in the 80s and most of my collection at that time (vinyl no less) was from the 60s and 70s. Exceptions were those already mentioned- The Cure, Eurythmics, Metallica, The Police, New Order, etc. Add in some Beastie Boys and early years Chili Peppers (anything from Freaky Styley)!
