HELP!!!!!

Ok so here is my pickle. I have 3 cased grow chambers going on and in all 3 of them there have lots of little orange baby mushroom caps popping up and they have been like this for about 5 days. None of lids are on the chambers so they get plenty of air exchange and I mist the sides of the chamber twice a day. The temperature is kept at about 76. This is my first attempt at fungus farming and maybe I'm just being impatient and need to chill out but if you have any advice on how to get my babies to grow I would greatly appreciate it. Also For the first couple of days that the lids were off I was spraying the contents of my grow chambers directly and I was told that this is bad and can cause the little mushies to abort and I just started spraying only the sides 2 days ago.

Put the lids back on the chambers humidity is how mushrooms get there moisture.
