Hello fellow Shroomers:
I came a cross this kool site called {FMRC} Florida Mycology Rerearch Center,they have like 1000 prints or something like that !!!! I just like to know what the Shroomery Kids thank about this site, Thank for your input.

I've heard a few bad things about Steven Peele, things like misidentifying prints and some other stuff I forgot, his prices are really high in general. But I've still considered joining just to see if there's some other info out there. So I'm curious too, but I think you're asking the wrong group of people, I doubt most of the "shroomery kids" have even heard of the site, I asked about it on DD and a few other sites and never got a response.

Here's another site that's very similar, I believe it was Workman that said one of these two, maybe even both had misidentified prints, and I think I heard it somewhere else also, but they have alot of prints!!

Both sites (Petfungus and FMRC) are risky bets. The prints are generally partial samples less that 1 centimeter square, very light, usually unviable, often misidentified.
FMRC:
Acquired unviable mexicana and aztecorum prints, almost invisible. Approximately 5 mm square bit of paper. Poor support, no refunds. The printed catalog says something to the effect that prints are not guaranteed viable (doesn't seem to say that on the webpage anywhere). I have heard that if you specifically ask if the prints are viable, he will honestly say no, microscopy use only. Some of the Florida cubensis prints are reportedly viable, probably because he collects them fresh locally. Private message MJshroomer for some personal experiences with Stephen Peele. The printed journal he offers is poorly written and photocopied. No real useful information.
PetFungus:
Traded for many prints, most dead a few viable. Site says specifically (look for the small print) that prints may be misidentified. Psilocybe samuensis print turned out to be Psilocybe semiglobata (an inactive species). Prints small but slightly better quality than FMRC. He also runs a landscaping business from the same PO Box.

Thanks Workman and Psilocyber, I think you guys answered me an DD also, it seems noone else has dealt with them, or lived to tell about it :) My observations from FMRC is they seem to outdated, as from your print experiences, so are there prints, probably been stored for 10-20 yrs back when they might have been active.
