Cold Shock Worked Out Well

Dunked my cakes lost one to a freezer (RIP), but i believe this cold shock helped out relatively well with the pinning, in a few days i should be very happy :mushroom2:

to update the paper towel is changed often because it could harbor potential contams, in my opinion it helps to fruit

a lid with moist verm would do the trick, better, IMHO.
