Fruiting

I'm using a casing method to grow some fungus and I've had pins for about 5 days and none of them have grown any more in that amount of time. They get 12 hour light/dark periods and misted twice a day. The bottom layer is 50/50 vermiculite/potting soil and the top layer is just potting soil. Any advice for getting them to fruit? Thanks in advance.

Stop misting. You may have caused them to abort. Misting should cease once pins appear.

Give them some extra air exchange. Quite a bit more.

Any suggestions on how to keep the humidity level high enough when I stop misting?

Perlite or misting the sides of the terrarium should do it.
