Experiences with Pursell Sta Green vermiculite

Hey guys

A few of us are wondering if anyone here has successfuly used Purssel's Sta-Green Professional Vermiculite. It's most often picked up at Lowe's hardware store.

Someone claimed there were bits of wood and peat in it, although under ingredients the bag just says vermiculite and there is no wood or peat visible in the mix.

HELP US!!!! :)

Mine looked fine.
So I cased with it today.
Took a chance and didn't sterilize, but I hear that since verm is inert, sterilization is optional.
