got Questions

my cakes have turned a greenish blue and decided it was likely bruising now I have got purple veins in two cakes any ideas and also what if the bruising ( it is in the cake not on the cake) is mold is it deadly?cakes producing very nicely looks healthy no smells.First time not sure

Blue is OK. Green is bad, as is purple.
