substraite jars

in the recipie it says to use vermiculite and brown rice flour...but i couldnt find any
so i got wheat flour..(organically produced)...do you think it will still work?

theres alot of different recipes in the growing section of the shroomery. just go there and find one. i have no clue if wheat flower will work?

if one drinks too much from a bottle marked pioson, it is most certain to dissaprove one sooner or later.

I've heard of people having some success using wheat flower. It should work, but I don't know how it would compare to brf. Let us know how it turns out.
