Hey guys,
I have allot of units this semester and my classes are pretty hard. I have to memorize a lot of laws this year and was wondering if anyone knows of an herb or supplement that helps with memory and fight A.D.D. I got MAJOR A.D.D.
Lately I have been forgetting a lot of things...!? when it happens i feel like a idiot! Please help me.
Also... I don't think I want to use Ginkgo It has been giving me major headaches.

I also have crappy memory, miserable concentration level, and poor attention span. When people speak to me, 9 out of 10 times I unintentionally zone out after the first few words... but I also have miserable anxiety. I don't like to put labels on my mental state like ADD, though. :P
As sad as this is... I honestly don't really remember why I started this post.

are you joking around?
I'm serious I have the same problems sometimes. especially when I'm nervous. I have to give a speech on Monday and I've been practicing and i keep messing up so much. I'm getting frustrated with my disability.

Unfortunately I'm dead serious. I was browsing my local CVS the other day in search of supplements and herbs to help my anxiety, memory, and concentration level. I saw a few things that supposedly help, but I don't know how reliable they are so I'm doing some research.

Herbs that are good for study~ Brahmi & gingko, if your finding its giving you headakes, drink shitloads of water, or try a weaker dosage. For stress~ High B vitamins For ADD, Essential Fatty acids, whcih cum in the form of Fish oil, flaxseed oil & Evening primrose oils. Just stik with the fish though.
Best of luck

I take my Omega 3s (fish oil) and it doesn't help at all as far as I can tell.

Try kava for anxiety or look into finding somehwere that makes there own flower remidies & choose a few that sound like you. If you find your brains scrambling, like you cant stop thinking, try Gotu Kola, worked wonders for me, but you can never say sumthings gona work for one person and work exactly the same for another, just like drugs :P
