with 1590rpm, and seeing the dimensions of the blower it should do fine with a 24x12x6 hepa filter at least ..maybe also 24x18, in a closed system like this:

this is what i got for my 24x12x6 99.99 efficiency hepa rated 300cfm at 1.0 positive pressure.

and is rated:
488 cfm
at 0" sp
470 cfm @ 0.1 sp
450 cfm @ 0.2 sp
430 cfm @ 0.3 sp
406 cfm @ 0.4 sp
377 cfm @ 0.5 sp
336 cfm @ 0.6 sp
282 cfm @ 0.7 sp
217 cfm @ 0.8 sp
(FAN)4C667
Dayton industrial blower. 1550 rpm, 115 vac, 1.43 amps, 50/60 Hz. 6-5/16" diameter squirrel cage. Outlet 4-1/4" by 5-1/4" has flange. 5-3/8" round inlet. 11-1/8" overall height, 10-5/16" overall width. NEW, in the box.

since you need 100 cfm per squared foot of filter 200 cfm@1 per example are enough for a 24x12.
for me the blower you have is more than enough for the above mentioned filter....
your blower has 3.5A of "absorbence" i bet that you can use it also with a 24x18 or maybe bigger....
go to the hardware/electrical store with your blower details and ask for one similar...there you can get the specs for the blower i guess

you can go to the hardware/electrical store with the specs of your blower and check it..
btw i think your blower have something like 400cfm@1 because is very potent, but have no high rpm.
in fp's site you can see the blower for a 24x12, specs are:115V/60Hz, 488 CFM free air delivery, 217 CFM at .8" static pressure. Draws 1.43 amps
since yours draws 3.5 amps at the same rpm i'll estimately double the positive pressure capable, i guess...
for sure you can use it for a 24x12, but probably you'll need something to regulate the total cfm.
this is what i got for my 99.99% eff, 300 cfm@1 24x12x6 filter

488 cfm
at 0" sp
470 cfm @ 0.1 sp
450 cfm @ 0.2 sp
430 cfm @ 0.3 sp
406 cfm @ 0.4 sp
377 cfm @ 0.5 sp
336 cfm @ 0.6 sp
282 cfm @ 0.7 sp
217 cfm @ 0.8 sp
