The soil you are using came from a bag right, not from the garden or the yard? In such small pots it is very difficult to use a granular fertilizer. You may want to just spray the leaves with a complete liquid fertilizer.
It is unusual for such young plants to express a nutrient deficiency. Are they clones or seedlings?
In the future it is best to add all the fertilizer to the soil mix before planting. You have set yourself up for a treatment cycle versus a prevention cycle. You may just want to repot them in a larger pot with all the goodies in the soil already.
But most important, Where did the soil come from?
