Birdseed,or B.R.F.Witch is best?

Im thinking about trying a one pint birdseed substrait.Is this much better than B.R.F.,VERM Mix.(When it comes to yields)Could someone please let me know some of the pro's and,con's.The Shroomery Rules!

Bird seed is suppose to colonize a lot faster, but it also contams a lot easier. You need to use a PC for bird seed. Also, when using birseed, you dont need verm, except maybe for at the top of the jar, so you dont have to go lookin for that.
