rye berries

well this will be my second go round and was wondering if you can use rye berries in place of brown rice. i went to the organic market and saw some rye beries and bought a few pounds. are they any better than brown rice, or should i stick with rice? i will be growing cubes, many strains...thanks all....

Yes when using p.s'ed rye berry teks the colonization times are better. I'm not sure about nutritional value. But the ease of propagation is definately increased.
