My computer was controlled!!! Help!!

Need some urgent help as I found my computer seemed to be controlled by some others. It’s so awful. What shall I do?

first thing, disconnect from the internet! then look for unusual programs running on your comp. Run your spyware and adaware programs and hopefully you can find the culprit.

or you can reformat your computer, I do this once a year to keep the computer fresh and uncluttered. just back-up your stuff on cd-rs.

Sounds like you need a firewall to start, do you have one?
I can recommend a firewall which will be helpful to you. One of its features is Banned Sites List. You can enter the IP address of that computer into Banned Sites List. That computer will be blocked.
